In the event that your covered equipment needs replacement parts or you’re in need of service assistance, please follow our warranty/service parts request protocol by filling the required fields below.
Please be as thorough as possible with your description as our ultimate goal is to take care of your needs in a timely fashion. Detailed descriptions, pictures and/or videos of the issue are always encouraged to ensure accuracy. Also, please provide proof of purchase for verification of warranty (purchase/invoice date should be within 3 years of request). Those without proof of purchase are subject to any fees regarding to the service/parts required to complete request.
Once your information is submitted, our service team will review your request and respond within 48 hours. Typically, we will attempt to troubleshoot your issue remotely to avoid unnecessary fees and transit times, which helps both parties. Please note: Normal office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm PST. Weekend requests will be responded to the following business day.
